Our Capabilities
Pro Care provides both basic and advanced life support to patients requiring pre-hospital and inter-facility medical care. Our team of highly trained EMTs and paramedics routinely completes emergency, non-emergency, and critical care transports. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also provide back-up 911 emergency service to Gwinnett County.
We have specialized equipment and employ paramedics with additional training that allows us to complete transports requiring pediatric life support and cardiac care life support. We maintain over 20 licensed and certified ambulances, all of which utilize state-of-the-art biphasic cardiac monitors and AEDs that are AHA compliant, portable ventilators, IV pumps, and portable CPAP.
Pro Care also maintains a specialized vehicle and a fleet of bicycles in order to provide mobile EMS services to a variety of outdoor and public events. You can find more about these capabilities on our Special Events page.
